December Daily: The finished album

Hi everyone :)

Believe it or not, I’ve actually missed doing my blog on a daily basis!  I must have too much to say LOL

I had to wait for the photo lab to re-open after New Years to get my final photo pages printed but the album is now fully complete.

On the inside cover I wanted to include a calendar of events so I used all of Dougal’s photos to track what happened during the month of December.  Here’s what it turned out like:December Daily Calendar copy_1

As I was making this page it really reminded me of how quiet the house is without him.  I did get a quick phone call from him last night saying that the training is going really well but that it’s TOP SECRET so he can’t tell me what the training actually involves!  Talk about keeping secrets!!

Since there was one spare page at the back of the album I decided to include a photo page of some of my favourite photos from December… and in honour of Dougal I even included a bit of glitter… he would be so proud :)

Then it was just a case of putting the final touches on the album and now it’s all done!  I’m really loving the SN@P binder and the fact that it feels like a real book when it’s all done.  Plus it can hold a surprising amount of pages!

Here’s a few photos of the finished album:IMG_4968IMG_4969IMG_4970IMG_4971

At the moment I’ve got my album sitting on the mantelpiece with my Log your Memory album… mostly so that it reminds me that I’ve finished both of the projects… so pleased with how they’ve both turned out!

My next job is to put the final page of my 2012 Project Life album together.  I’ve got all the photos printed so hopefully I’ll be back soon with that as well :)

Hope you’re all having a great day xx

  1. Well done Shell. You must be super proud of them now that they are finished. Just waiting on one last photo order too and then can finish off my DD and PL.
