December Daily: Dec 15

Hi everyone :)

Yesterday ended up being a real roller coaster for me.  I usually try and blog about the ‘good things’ in my life…  but I’m a realist so I put the ‘bad’ things in my Project Life too… things like the car blowing a head gasket and that sort of thing.

There are some things though that I don’t blog about… but yesterday one particular ‘bad thing’ really got to me and I’ve journaled about it in my December Daily… because sometimes you just have to!

I’m not going to go into all the gory details or the months and months leading up to it but today I’m just trying to ‘keep it real’.  Here’s my journaling:

I’ve got lots of projects on the go at the moment… of course there’s the December Daily, Project Life and Log your Memory which are all ongoing projects… but I’ve also got two Christmas projects as well.

They’re all pretty photo intensive so I’m using Photoshop constantly and of course then I go down to the photo lab… it’s a good job I’ve got my loyalty card because it saves me HEAPS of money!

I’m having a better day today!  I’m heading down to the supermarket shortly to get the groceries along with some ‘Christmas goodies’ and then the boys and I are going to start threading some popcorn for the Christmas tree!

I hope you’re all having a fabulous weekend and that your frustrations are minor ones xx

  1. Just letting you know you are not alone with the "adult" child living at home. Thankfully for us its mostly in her own room and I can shut the door but I would really like to see the floor in there!! If she spreads out round the house it gets dumped on her bed. Very frustrating despite heaps of promises to clean up. I feel your pain over this one :)

  2. I thought my teenager was bad enough - is this what I have to look forward to? Probably!!! Big hugs coming your way. xoxo
